This is the perfect way to get ready for the upcoming hockey season, by learning some new techniques and developing a stronger skill set.  Campers will hone their skills, and techniques in balance, stick handling, passing, footwork, shooting and receiving passes through on and off ice drills. Everyday will include floorball, 2 hours on ice and team challenges and camp games. Dry land training will also be included to promote strength, speed and power for on and off the ice.  Previous skating experience required. Campers must wear a properly fastened CSA approved helmet with face mask and full hockey equipment. Camp runs 9:00am - 4:00pm, Flex drop off 8:30am - 9:00am and pickup between 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
