Satisfaction Goal

We guarantee you will enjoy our programs, however, if you or your child are not satisfied after the first day, we will issue a refund before the second day of the program. Sorry, no refunds will be issued after that time.

Refunds - Programs

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for all refunds to be processed. You can withdraw/transfer from a program by completing the appropriate refund form and emailing it to our Community Service Department

Transfers

Requests for changes and transfers will only be accepted three business days prior to the start of the program. Changes and transfers are conditional upon availability in the program. Loss of early bird discount will be applied to transfers and difference in programming prices will need to be paid prior to program start date.

Account Credits

Please be advised, credits on accounts will no longer be permitted. All credits will now be issued onto electronic gift cards.

Age Guidelines

Each program is designed for a particular age group, please respect the ages listed in each program area. Children must be the appropriate age prior to the start date of each program session.

Program Notices

• The Community Services Department reserves the right to withdraw, amend, change, postpone or combine any programs, classes and/or courses that are listed in this guide. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause. Please provide us with your email address and phone number at the time of registration so we may communicate important information directly to you.
• Programs may be cancelled due to inclement weather or school closures
• Programs do not run on statutory holidays
• We welcome participants of all abilities
